Guidance assistance

Tecnoma offers guidance with Novatop or Novatop VISIO regulation. For this option, the DGPS is required.

The guidance assistance light bar is integrated in the Novatop or Novatop VISIO controllers. (An external guidance light bar is also available).

The guidance light bar is loaded with your own working size and displays by a horizon of LEDs:
- LEDs on the top indicate the right direction (right or left)
- LEDs on the bottom indicate the actual position of the sprayer and where it should be

In the headlands, the guidance bar indicates to the driver where he should turn to keep the same working width.

 

In practice :

• Landmark : the driver starts to spray the perimeter of the field. When it is completed, the guidance bar will establish the full mesh of the field, with the exact intervals working width → parallel or curve.
• Memory : landmark is stored via a USB stick connected to the Novatop or Novatop VISIO controller. → the driver will not be forced to start by the periphery the next time.

 

Most of this system :
- A physical point on the field may be registered. In that way, the guidance bar will know each time the right address even if he have a GPS address modification 
- Obstacles recording is also available, such as poles, trees, wet area ... Thanks to this system, the box automatically makes noise to keep the driver vigilance when he passes close to these obstacles.
