The new Tecnis Double UPN profile welded chassis comes standard with the award winning AXAIR suspension system and has been specifically designed around keeping a low centre of gravity and being able to fit as an option the rear axle gyroscope steering system which has a steering angle of 26°, by far one of the best systems available in today's market. The 6000ltr ergonomically designed tank is fitted with 4 rotating washing nozzles as standard and deep total emptying sump which incorporates an in tank baffle to compensate water surge when braking and the cover for the operating area, ensuring no matter how much debris is thrown up by the tractor on the road or in the field the operator's area is always clean. Under the cover of the 6000ltr Tecnis the spraying functions have been kept as simple
as possible with two multi-way functioning valves which control all suction and pressure functions of the machine and as an option this system can become fully automated. One specific about the Tecnis range for operator safety, all Tecnis tanks have a overfill channel moulded into the top of the tank which funnels any overfill to the right side of the sprayer away from the operating area. As standard fitment there is a 590ltr clean water tank which is over the recommended 10% of the main spray tank, so the new Tecnis easily carries enough water to thoroughly clean itself. Moulded into the side of the clean water tank is the storage area which can be located under a protection cover at the front right of the sprayer.

A 25ltr folding induction hopper is also standard equipment with optional NOVAFLOW auto filling and the award winning Autonet self contained tank rinsing system which has its own dedicated clean water 70l/min pump which eliminates any possibilities of cross contamination.

The new Tecnis 6000ltr can be fitted with Tecnoma's new LVS steel booms up to 32mtr, L3S and GVS steel booms up to 38mtr, LVX aluminium up to 32mtr and GVX aluminium up to 42mtr. All the booms are suspended by the hydraulically dampened parallelogram system which has been proven from on the rest of the Tecnoma trailed and self propelled machines.

As standard the Tecnis is fitted with the proven Tectronic rate controller and as an option can have the NOVATEC spray controller which gives the operator full control of all the spraying functions at the touch of a button or by using the multi function joystick which gives sequential control to the spray sections, main on/off and all boom hydraulic control.

The new Tecnis 6000ltr controller can be upgraded again to Tecnoma's NOVATOP which is a fully ISOBUS 11783 and GPS controller in one which can have the auto section control, auto boom levelling and auto steer fully integrated into the box unlike many other manufacturers who have retro fitted kits. The NOVATOP can be upgraded again to a VISIO version which gives the controller a panoramic 10" screen.
